our hellesbier is a standard pale ale, with what you would expect out of the style. around 4.5% ABV, 40 IBUs, clean finish. Hallertau and apollo hops are the focus here, with some solid bitterness - but this isn’t an IPA, it’s a bit more approachable for everyone’s Palate.
